UPI AutoPay launched on Google Play: Google Play has brought UPI based Auto Pay facility on its platform. In this, the subscribers can customize the payment options (monthly, quarterly, annually etc.). Also they can customize the amount to pay for the subscription. Also, customers can modify, turn off or stop this feature whenever they want.
New Delhi: Google Play has announced UPI-based Automatic Payment option for Indian users. You can pay for in-app subscriptions through this. This new Google Play UPI Auto Pay payment option will make it easier for users to pay for their subscriptions. This new alternative to Google Play will support Google Pay, Paytm, Amazon and other such apps. UPI Autopay was brought under NPCI UPI 2.0. It is designed to conveniently pay for subscriptions with any UPI based app. Let us know how it can be activated.
This is how the payment will be done
Google Play has told about the process through which you can activate UPI Auto Pay. When a subscriber chooses a subscription plan, he/she has to choose the payment method. In this, select the ‘Pay With UPI’ option. After this you have to approve this payment on your supported UPI app.
