A strict warning has been issued for Google Chrome users. The government agency has detected flaws in many versions of the Chrome browser. Along with this, some safety tips have also been given to avoid them. The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) said that hackers can break into your personal information by taking advantage of the flaws in the system.
According to the agency, Windows and Mac users can be affected especially due to these flaws. This warning has been issued a few days ago. In such a situation, it is important for your own safety that you do not make some mistakes even by mistake.
Alarm bell for Chrome users
CERT-In said that security flaws have been detected in some selected versions. This can affect Windows and Linux systems. The agency’s security note says, these flaws have been found in Google Chrome’s components Serial and Family Experience. By taking advantage of which attackers can affect the system. Hackers can execute arbitrary code in the system. In the condition of Denial of Service DoS, it can prove to be harmful for you.

- Open desktop Chrome browser.
- Click on the three dots in the top right corner.
- Click on Help below and then About Google Chrome.
- If there is a new version of the browser, it will be visible. Which you can install.
- Windows and Mac users can install these versions of Chrome.
