Government on Air India: The Union Minister was reacting to media reports that Tata has emerged as the largest bidder for the acquisition of debt-ridden Air India.

Tuhin Kant Pandey, Secretary, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management, which is responsible for privatization on behalf of the government, had said in a tweet that the Center has not yet approved any financial bid for Air India.
