Patna, Jn. Bihar Assembly Election: With the coming close of assembly elections, opposition in Bihar seems to be intensifying the seat-sharing and leadership of the Grand Alliance. The events of the past 24 hours are pointing to this. While the Congress has claimed the leadership of the election with more seats, claiming to be the Big Boss, the trio of Jitan Ram Manjhi, Upendra Kushwaha and Mukesh Sahni have also increased the pressure on the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD). It is believed that this trio has the support of the Congress. However, RJD does not appear to be in a compromising mood.

Manjhi-Kushwaha-Sahni’s secret meeting

According to the information received, on Friday night, three small constituents of the Grand Alliance, Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP) President Upendra Kushwaha, Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM), Supremo Jitan Ram Manjhi and Vikashan Insan Party (VIP) Chief Mukesh Sahni (Mukesh Sahni) gathered together. The political implications of this secret meeting of the trio, which took place just after the Congress’ anti-RJD statement on the issues of seat sharing and leadership of the grand alliance, are being explored.

Discussion on seat sharing and leadership

It is believed that in the meeting, the seat-sharing and leadership in the grand alliance for the assembly elections were also discussed. Manjhi has already been demanding a Co-ordination Committee in the Grand Alliance. They have been saying that this coordination committee should take all major decisions with the leadership of the grand alliance.

Congress also increased pressure on RJD by meeting

On Friday, these same issues were discussed in a meeting of Congress at the residence of senior Congress leader and former Governor Nikhil Kumar on Friday. State Congress President Madan Mohan Jha Madan Mohan Jha), Sadanand Singh, Akhilesh Singh, Tariq Anwar and Dhiraj Kumar (Dhiraj Kumar) were present in the meeting. Through the meeting, the Congress pressurized the RJD over seat-sharing (and leadership issues).

Congress wants more seats and leadership

After the meeting, Congress MP Akhilesh Singh gave his formula for seat sharing in the assembly elections. He said that the alliance of Janata Dal United (JDU), which was in the alliance in the last assembly elections, should be divided among the parties of the Grand Alliance and the Congress gets the maximum share. Later Congress leader Ajit Sharma also supported Akhilesh Singh in his statement. Senior Congress leader of the Congress, Sadanand Singh, spoke of the assembly elections being fought under the leadership of the Congress.

RJD not in agreement

It is clear that the constituents of the Grand Alliance are beginning to play the role of head and foot before the assembly elections. The issue is about the old seat sharing, the grand alliance leadership and the Chief Minister face. But the largest party of the Grand Alliance in Bihar is not in the mood for RJD agreement. According to RJD leader Mrityunjay Tiwari, no seat would win an election. Congress should not forget its ground reality. Talking about RJD’s leadership of the grand alliance in Bihar, he said that RJD state will not talk to Congress leaders, all issues will be discussed with the central leadership of Congress (Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi).
