According to media reports, the announcement of increase in dearness allowance (DA Hike) of employees can be done by the end of March. Let us inform that in January 2022, 3% DA has increased. That is, the DA to the employees will increase from 31 percent to 34 percent. According to AICPI data, the figures till December 2021 have come. Accordingly, Dearness Allowance (DA) has been increased to 34.04 percent. After increasing the dearness allowance by 3%, now the total annual DA on the basic salary of Rs 18,000 will be Rs 73,440.
