Haryana government is setting up a separate HR department for the employees. This department will look after all the matters related to employees including recruitment of employees, transfers, deputation, changes in service rules and corruption cases.
In Haryana, the state government has given a gift to the raw-pucca employees. For the first time in the state, the Human Resource Development Department is being constituted, which will look after all the matters related to employees including recruitment to transfers, deputation, change in service rules and corruption cases.
This decision was taken in the cabinet meeting held last day under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Manohar Lal. The Human Resource Department will work under the leadership of the Chief Secretary. This department will ensure unified administrative control over the Haryana Civil Service (HCS) as well as all the officers and employees of Group A, B, C and D. It will be the responsibility of this new department to regulate the service conditions of all government posts, make policy regarding HRMS, HPSC, HSSC, CET, state level training of government employees, online transfer policy and reorganization of departments.
Changed the service rules of many departments
The service rules of Health Department Group C have been amended to make the educational qualification uniform for the post of Radiographer. Similarly, amendment has been approved in Haryana Revenue (Group B) Service Rules for direct recruitment of Naib Tehsildars. 50% recruitment to the posts of Naib Tehsildar will be done by the commission on the basis of Haryana Civil Services (Executive Branch) and Allied Services Examination. Apart from this, by making changes in the Haryana Forensic Science (Group B) Service Rules, the requirement of specialization in various subjects has been done away with. College Cadre Group-C Service Rules have also been amended.
Changed the standards of departmental examination of Assistant Commissioner, Additional Assistant Commissioner
Earlier there were three standards of examination i.e. pass with credit (75 per cent marks), higher standard (67 per cent marks) and lower standard (50 per cent) for departmental examination of candidates for the post of assistant commissioners, additional assistant commissioners and additional assistant commissioners. Number). Now in the rules only two levels have been kept for passing the departmental examination i.e. credit (75 per cent marks) and pass (50 per cent marks).
