Work From Home END: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has asked all its 6.14 lakh employees to come to the office and work, ending the ‘work from home’ culture started during the Covid-19 pandemic.


Companies in the IT sector have now come into work from office mode. Recently, Tata’s IT company TCS had ordered all its employees to work from office. Now HCL Technologies (HCL Tech) has asked its employees to come to office and work at least three days a week.

The company’s CEO and Managing Director C Vijayakumar said that continuously working away from the office is not a good idea at all. He said that the company is giving some flexibility to the employees on what these three days will be.
