Work From Office Compulsory In HCL: IT company HCL Technologies, while ending work from home, has instructed its employees to come to office at least 3 days a week to avoid salary cuts. The Noida-headquartered IT company has asked all employees, who are part of Digital Foundation Services (DFS), to come to office at least three days a week from February 19.

Let us tell you that after the worries of the Covid period are over, most of the companies are now ending work from home. Now HCL has also announced to end work from home. Employees have been instructed to come to office for at least three days from Monday 19th February.

An HCL Tech spokesperson said the company follows a hybrid work model, in which employees have to work from the office three days a week. Employees are being called to the office to promote teamwork, facilitate personal interactions and promote office culture.
