Yes, from the beginning of December, HDFC Bank has changed the rules related to credit cards. These changes will be applicable to HDFC’s Regalia Credit Card and Millenia Credit Card. The rules related to lounge access have changed.
Under the new rule, your lounge access will be based on the amount spent on the credit card. Information about this was given earlier also by the bank. Therefore, if you use either of these two credit cards, you will have to spend at least Rs 1 lakh or more per quarter to access different airport lounges.
You have to follow this to reach Regalia Credit Card Customer Lounge. Once the spending limit on HDFC Regalia Credit Card is met, to access the lounge, you need to go to Regalia SmartBuy page >> Lounge Benefits >> Lounge Access Voucher. This link is active from 1 December 2023.
You can avail two lounge access vouchers every three months. For this, on completing the spending limit, the HDFC Millenia Credit Card customer will receive an SMS with a link to the Millenia Milestone page. Here you select lounge access voucher.
