Using UPI 123Pay, customers will be able to make payments through a single phone call through the Interactive Voice Response System (IVR).
HDFC Bank New Service : With the development of technology and artificial intelligence, banks have also started new services. Transactions have become easier with e-Rupi, UPI and other digital payment systems. To make payments even easier, the country’s largest private sector bank HDFC Bank has come up with a new feature. Under which users will be able to make payment through UPI through just one phone call without internet. Let us tell you that UPI is used by a large population of India. Not only this, it is also being used outside the country.
Bank launched three products
Actually, on Wednesday the bank has launched three UPI digital payment products. UPI Plug-in service (for merchants), Autopay on QR and UPI 123Pay (through IVR) service has been launched. Parag Rao, country head of the bank’s payments, business, consumer finance, technology and digital banking, described all three as the future of digital payments.
Make payment through call through UPI 123Pay (IVR)
Internet connection is not required to use UPI 123Pay. But now there will be no need to click the button again and again and send SMS. Customers will be able to make payments easily using UPI 123Pay through Interactive Voice Response System (IVR). The bank has provided the facility for Indane Gas customers to book gas cylinders through phone call.
About two other features
Customers will be able to pay for digital services (OTT platforms, audio subscriptions, etc.) through AutoPay on QR. The plug-in service will make the payment easy and smooth when purchasing something from the merchant.
