According to the bank, some services will be closed during this maintenance, that is, you will not be able to use them. These include facilities like chat banking, SMS banking, toll free banking and phone banking IVR through WhatsApp. It may take a few hours on the day and time fixed by the bank. However, phone banking agent service will work during this time as well. Also, mobile banking can be done through net banking and app.
When will these services be closed?
These services will be closed for a total of 16 hours. According to the bank, this maintenance will start from 10 pm on January 24 and will be completed by 2 pm on January 25. In this way, many banking related services will be affected during this entire period.
HDFC Bank is encouraging customers to schedule their banking operations in advance. In this way, they will not have to face any problem due to future maintenance.
