PM Narendra Modi today launched Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission. Under this, every citizen will have a health ID. If you want now, you can generate your Health ID sitting at home.
Let us tell you that this card is completely digital, which is similar to Aadhar card in appearance. On this card you will get a number, as the number is in Aadhaar. NDHM Health Record (PHR Application) has become available on Google Play Store as soon as the scheme is announced.
Step-1: First you go to https://healthid.ndhm.gov.in/register. Here you will see such a page. Click or tap on Generate Via Aadhaar.
Step-2: Now this page will open in front of you and you enter your Aadhaar number in it. After this OTP will come on your mobile number linked to this Aadhaar. Enter it and submit.
Step-3: After this another page will open, in which you have to enter your mobile number. After entering it, an OTP will come again. Now enter this OTP and submit.
Step 4: After doing this, the details related to your Aadhaar will be on your screen. From your photo to number.
Step 5: Now come a little down on this page. Here you create your health id, as you generate mail id. Enter your mail id in the box below. Submit.
Step 6- Collect your health card ready with unique ID. Download it now. Those who do not have a mobile, they will be able to get the card made at the registered government-private hospital, community health center, primary health center, wellness center and common service center etc.
