Heavy Rain Alert: There is a rain alert in many areas including Narela, Bawana, Alipur, Burari, Kanjhawala, Rohini, Badili, Model Town, Karawal Nagar, Azadpur, Pitampura, Delhi University in some places of Delhi.
Heavy Rain Alert: The weather of North India has changed due to the effect of Western Disturbance. The phase of rain and snowfall has started in the hilly areas. Rain was also seen here on Wednesday. Intermittent clouds are raining in many areas. The weather is going to change in the plains from today i.e. 27 February. The Meteorological Department has predicted good rain in many states on Thursday morning.
Possibility of rain in these areas of Haryana-Delhi
According to the latest update of the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain in Narwana, Rajound, Assandh, Safidon, Barwala, Jind in Haryana. Some places in Delhi – Narela, Bawana, Alipur, Burari, Kanjhawala, Rohini, Badili, Model Town, Karawal Nagar, Azadpur, Pitampura, Delhi University, Civil Lines, Dilshad Garden, Seemapuri, Mundaka, Paschim Vihar, Punjabi Bagh, Rajouri Garden, Jaffarpur, Najafgarh, Dwarka, Palam, IGI Airport, Ayanagar, Dera Mandi are likely to receive light rain or drizzle.

Rain alert in UP-Rajasthan too
Apart from this, there is a possibility of rain today morning i.e. between 7 to 10 am in Loni Dehat, Hindon AF Station, Bahadurgarh, Gurugram, Faridabad, Manesar, Ballabhgarh of NCR and Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal, Fatehabad, Panipat, Adampur, Hisar, Gohana, Ganaur, Hansi, Siwani, Meham, Sonipat, Tosham, Rohtak, Kharkhoda, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Mattanhail, Jhajjar, Loharu, Farukhnagar, Kosli, Mahendragarh of Uttar Pradesh and Saharanpur, Gangoh, Deoband, Najibabad, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Kandhla, Bijnor, Khatauli, Sakauti Tanda, Hastinapur, Baraut, Daurala, Baghpat, Meerut, Khekra, Modinagar and Bhadra, Sidhmukh, Sadulpur, Pilani of Rajasthan.
Strong western disturbance active
Let us tell you that a strong western disturbance will remain active in North West India for the next few days. Due to its effect, light to moderate widespread rain/snowfall is expected in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand till February 28. Apart from this, light to moderate rain is expected in Punjab, Haryana and Delhi till March 1. The intensity of rain will be highest on February 27 and 28.
