Hero MotoCorp, one of the world’s leading two-wheeler manufacturers, has launched innovative services for its customers. Launched Roadside Assistant Services for Customers. The company said the services will be available nationwide.
Road Assistance services will be available 24 hours a day, Hero MotoCorp said. You can get these services by calling the Hero Customer App or Toll Free Number. Also those who use Hero Two Wheelers can go to the nearest showroom and apply for new services.

Those who use Hero Two Wheeler for 24×7 roadside assistance services will have to pay Rs 350 per year. Those who pay this amount and subscribe will get a variety of services. Support is available as soon as the call is made. The cart is repaired on the spot. If not, the vehicle will be taken to a nearby hero workshop.
If your vehicle runs out of petrol, you can call and refuel. Accident insurance can be taken if required. You have to pay extra for this. Services like flat tire support, battery jump start, key retrieval support. These new services are available for free throughout the year for premium bikes such as the Extreme 160R, Extreme 200S and Explosion 200 from the same company.
Hero MotoCorp’s new roadside services will be available from October 1. Apart from these, you will also get discounts on service labor charges, free washing, exchange offer up to Rs 3,000 and additional points for good life customers.
