Justice Vivek Chaudhary has given this order on the petition of Ranveer Singh and 23 others. The petition said that the petitioners are regular employees of Jal Sansthan Jhansi. He has been regular between 2005 and 2011. Earlier, between 1989-91, he was appointed as a daily wage worker. He was denied benefits under the old pension scheme by the order of the General Manager of Jal Sansthan Jhansi because his service has been regularized after the implementation of the new pension scheme in the year 2005.
