new Delhi. Sir Gangaram Hospital, located in the capital of the country, facing action on violation of the provisions related to COVID-19, has now moved the Delhi High Court. The hospital management has requested the cancellation of the FIR lodged by the Delhi Police. Please tell that after the complaint of Kejriwal government, the police has registered a case against the hospital. The High Court will hear this on 15 June. Actually, the reason for registering FIR against the hospital is alleged to have broken the rules related to Corona. Kejriwal government of Delhi had filed a complaint with the police against it. After which the police registered an FIR.
Information has been received that this complaint was lodged by an official of the Health Department of the Delhi Government. In this case, there is no response from the hospital yet.

Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal had said to take strict action against the hospital, which is in black marketing of beds, besides those who refuse to admit Corona infected patients to the hospital. The CM had said that the Delhi government is going to issue an order in this regard. In which hospitals cannot refuse to treat such a patient.

CM Kejriwal had said, “Delhi government will deploy a medical professional in all the hospitals. These information will give information about beds available for Corona patients on the official app. With this, the officials will ensure that such patients are admitted.
