In fact, vehicles of many companies are running on the roads but those companies have been closed. The owners of such cars or bikes are facing a lot of problems. HSRP plates are not being booked for their vehicles. One such case came to light when the owner of a scooter of a closed company complained to the RTO in this regard.

It is being told that the owner of an old Kinetic Honda scooter has complained about this to the Transport Department. According to the complaint, the owner says that he had purchased Kinetic Honda scooter which was launched in 1984. For this HSRP plate is required but new number plate is not being booked.
