While making a big announcement in the General Conference of the Non-Gazetted Employees Federation held in Peterhof, Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has said that thousands of employees who have completed two years of regular service before January 3, 2022 will be given an additional salary of up to Rs 18 thousand. Will give Employees will get higher pay scale as respect to other regular employees. The same Junior Office Assistant (IT) has also been announced to give higher pay scale on the lines of clerks on completion of regular service of 2 years.

30 thousand employees of the state will get benefit from this announcement. In this, regular employees like patwaris, forest guards, teachers to clerks etc. will get benefit from this announcement. More than 20 thousand third class workers will be directly benefited. Due to the revised pay scale in the state, 18000 employees before January 3, 2022, were losing about Rs 18000 per month, while the employees after 2022 were being given a higher pay scale. The government is giving the revised pay scale to 90 percent of the employees, while ten percent of the employees were deprived of it.
