The festival of colours started from Mathura
The festival of colours, Holi, will be celebrated on March 14 across the country this year. But like every year, this year too Holi has already started in the famous places of Braj. Holi of Barsana, which is the birthplace of Radha Rani, is famous all over the world. Holi starts here from the day of Mahashivratri and this time too it has happened the same.
The streets decorated with colours and gulal in the entire Barsana, people dancing to the tune of drums and nagadas give a different feeling of vibrancy. The excitement of Holi in the streets of Barsana is really unique and unforgettable. Both the residents and tourists here are enjoying this festival.
