How To Pf Complaint Online On Epfo Complaints Portal, Know Step By Step Process

PF Complaint Online to EPFO: PF money is deducted from salary and you are facing any kind of problem but if you do not know how to complain online, then let us tell you the complete process step by step.



PF Complaint Online: PF amount is also deducted from your salary and if you have any kind of complaint for which you want to file a complaint but do not understand that without leaving the house and going to the EPFO office, how to apply online in EPFO Register your complaint. For the information of you people, let us tell you that if there is any problem related to PF, then it is very easy to file a complaint online.

Employees’ Provident Fund Organization has a Grievance Portal on which complaints related to transfer of EPF account, EPF withdrawal and KYC etc. can be registered. This portal can be used by EPF account holders, employers and EPF pensioners.

Keep these things ready before filing a complaint

If you are also going to file a complaint then you should have some things ready like UAN number. If you have multiple PF numbers in your single UAN, then keep the PF number ready for which you have to file a complaint. EPS Pensioner will need the PPO number to register the complaint.

Follow these steps

1) First of all you have to go to http://www.epfigms.gov.in/ it is GRIEVANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

2) After this, to register the complaint, you will see the Register Grievance option on the home page, click on it.

3) As soon as you click on this option, you will see some options below like PF Member, EPS Pensioner, Employer and Other. It is worth noting that the Other option is for those who do not have any of the information in the UAN/PPO Number/Establishment Number.

4) For the complaint related to PF account, you tap on PF member, after that you have to enter your UAN number and enter the security code.

5) After entering UAN and security code, you have to click on Get Details, details related to your UAN like email id, phone number will be displayed, click on Get OTP, after that OTP will be received on your registered mobile number or email id. Enter the OTP and hit the submit button.

6) After the OTP is verified, you will be asked to enter some details like address etc.
7) After entering the personal details, you will see the PF number at the bottom, out of which tap on the PF number related to which you have to file the complaint.

8) As soon as you tap on the PF number, a pop-up window will open in front of you which will say, GRIEVANCE Related To, in this many options will be seen such as PF Office, Employer, EDLI (Employee Deposit Linked Insurance) and Pre Pension. From this, according to you, choose the option under which you want to complain.

9) After this you have to choose Grievance Category and then fill Grievance Description, if you have any document then you can upload it, if not then it doesn’t matter.

10) After this you will see the Add option at the bottom, tap on it and then press the submit button. Your complaint will be registered as soon as you press the submit button and you will see the complaint registration number on the screen, note it somewhere or take a photo and keep it. Although it will come on your registered mail id, but still it is wise to keep the photo or note down somewhere.
