An indicative average pay drawn is as follows:
Sr. Vice President – 59 Lakhs
Vice President – 38 Lakhs
The final payment shall be commensurate to the individual’s profile. Candidates will be eligible for an annual increment of @5% of CTC apart from the performance-linked increment.
