ICICI Bank has introduced ‘iBox’ facility for its customers. This is a self-service delivery facility, under which you can collect your debit card, credit card, check book and return check from the branch near your home, seven days a week and 24 hours a day, including on holiday.
New Delhi. The country’s largest private bank, ICICI Bank, has launched iBox (ICICI Bank new Service ‘iBox’) service. The country’s first unique self-service delivery facility ‘iBox’ will provide all banking services to customers 24 hours a day. This facility of the bank is started in 50 branches in 17 cities. If put in easy words, now customers can avail facilities like their debit, credit card, check book and return check from their neighborhood branch. That too can be used 24 hours 7 days without any problem.
This service will be of great use to them. Those who are not present at home to take their package coming from the bank due to office. The iBox terminals will be installed outside the premises of the banks’ branch. Which will be present even after the bank is closed. In terms of safety, it will work through OTP. Customers can access it from their registered phone even on holiday.

(1) The customers of the bank can use the iBox at any time as per their convenience with 24 hours 7 days i.e. Sundays and all holidays.
(2) Live tracking customers are informed about the current status of their sent deliverables at every stage. This makes the process tension free.
(3) Strong security iBox can be used only by the registered mobile by the customer. It is protected with a system of OTP i.e. One Time Password. IBox will be available in these cities branch
The statement issued by ICICI Bank stated that these iboxes in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Navi Mumbai, Surat, Jaipur, Indore, Bhopal, Lucknow, Nagpur, Amritsar, Ludhiana and Panchkula. Have been planted.
