rules say that the e-Aadhaar downloaded from the official website of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) holds the same recognition as the Aadhaar card. You can use electronic copy like physical copy.

Can anyone refuse to take?
No one can reject E-Aadhaar. If someone refuses to accept e-Aadhaar, then you can supplement it with the concerned officer or department.
How to get e-Aadhaar?
You can get your e-Aadhaar by visiting UIDAI website. For this, you have to enter your enrollment number or Aadhaar number. E-Aadhaar has a password for security. It requires a code.
