In this, you have to enter the date and time present on the enrollment slip along with the Aadhaar enrollment number.
After this name, mobile number, email id, pin code city / village / town will have to be filled, along with the type of complaint and category will have to be selected.
Now you have to file your complaint in about 150 words.
