IIT graduate student developed railway ticket booking app named Super Tatkal and Super Tatkal Pro
Booking tickets through IRCTC website is no longer a good experience. However in recent years IRCTC has made a lot of improvements in its website and app. Nevertheless, all the problems have to be faced. There are frequent reports of fraudsters who hack IRCTC’s website with their new types of software and profiteering by booking a large number of tickets and selling them at high prices.
People with high technology have also been found in this type of forgery. In a similar case, S. Yuvaraja, a graduate from IIT Kharagpur, has been arrested. He developed his own rail ticketing app for Android phones. With this, tickets could be booked faster than IRCTC. According to the news published in the Times of India, S Yuvaraja, a resident of Tripur, developed a railway ticket booking app named Super Tatkal and Super Tatkal Pro. So he has been arrested. Cyber Cell of Chennai Railway Protection Force has arrested.
Explain that the accused used to bypass the ticket booking system of IRCTC through his app and used to book tickets for the customers and charged a hefty amount in return.
