IMD Alert, Today Weather Update: Major changes are taking place in the weather. The weather has changed once again in March between hot and dry weather in February. On the other hand, according to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in Delhi NCR including North West Delhi, South West Delhi today. A drop in temperature can be seen in areas of Bengal including Uttar Pradesh, Bihar.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain in the surrounding areas including Ghaziabad, Indirapuram, Karnal, Rohtak, Hastinapur. In some areas of Uttar Pradesh, there will be strong winds with movement of clouds. Along with that the possibility has been expressed. Light to moderate rain and snowfall along with heavy rain has been forecast at many places in the Western Himalayas. The possibility of light rain has also been expressed in Uttar Pradesh.
Rain in Delhi
Cloudy sky in the capital Delhi, it may rain. A decrease in the minimum temperature will be observed. Strong winds will blow. There will be clouds in the sky. The minimum temperature can be recorded at 14 degree Celsius while the maximum temperature can be recorded at 32 degree Celsius.
Clear weather in Uttar Pradesh
The weather will be clear in Uttar Pradesh. There is no significant change in temperature. Noida will see a drop in the minimum temperature while the maximum temperature may settle at 31 degree Celsius.
Haryana Punjab rain warning today
A rain warning has been issued in Haryana and Punjab today. Due to the activation of Western Disturbance, there were strong winds in some parts of Haryana and Punjab. Strong wind, rain in the northeastern state
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain and hailstorm along with strong wind in the northeastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland and Manipur.
Heavy rain and snowfall in Himachal Pradesh
Heavy rain and snowfall alert has been issued in Himachal Pradesh. Yellow alert was issued for the whole week. Snow has returned once again after falling on the mountains. Light snowfall can be seen in the higher areas. In many areas including the capital Shimla, the maximum temperature has been recorded at 12 degree Celsius. Shimla recorded 2 mm of rain, while Keylong, Kinnaur, Kullu, Chamba and Lahaul-Spiti saw snowfall. Intermittent rain continues. The weather has remained favourable. Orange alert has been issued for heavy rain and strong wind in six districts from March 2 to March 7, while there is a possibility of lightning in the plains and central areas on March 2 and 4.
Heavy rain and snowfall in eight districts of Uttarakhand
Heavy rain and snowfall alert has been issued in eight districts of Uttarakhand. Heavy rain in some areas of hilly districts and cloudy cold winds are blowing in other plains including Dehradun. There will be a drop in temperature. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain and hailstorm in 8 districts till March 4. There is a possibility of rain in Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Dehradun, Tehri Pauri, Rudraprayag, Bageshwar, Pithoragarh. There is a possibility of hailstorm. There is a possibility of snowfall in areas above 3500 meters.
