The lowest temperature has been recorded in Karnal.

Strong wind forecast has also been issued in Gorakhpur, Agra, Varanasi, Bareilly, Ghaziabad, Noida. The minimum temperature recorded ranged from 11 degree Celsius to 14 degree Celsius. Yellow alert of strong wind has been issued in Meerut Aligarh today. The wind speed in Delhi will be 16 to 25 kmph on Tuesday.
