The hill state is witnessing heavy snowfall. Meanwhile, rain has been seen in areas of Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab. The process of rain will continue in the next 3 days.

Changes in the weather will also be seen in the capital Delhi. There will be relief from cold wave in the plains of North India. Although snowfall will start on the mountains. Along with this, the possibility of rain has also been expressed in the plains before January 26. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy snowfall has been seen in many areas including Shimla. Western Disturbance has been activated. Due to which there will be a big change in the weather of the country till January 28.

Rain in the capital Delhi for the next 1 week

It has been started many times in the capital Delhi. Rain and drizzle have been recorded in the areas. Along with this, the temperature continues to fall. People will get relief from cold wave. A decrease in the minimum temperature will be observed. However, due to rain, the weather will remain pleasant. Along with this, the process of rain will continue for 7 days. With the advancement of Western Disturbance, there will be an end to the rains. Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 10 degrees Celsius while the maximum temperature was recorded at 23 degrees Celsius. There will be light rain on Monday and Tuesday. Heavy snowfall in the mountains

According to the Meteorological Department, with the activation of Western Disturbance, snowfall has intensified in the hilly areas. Heavy snowfall was observed in the valleys of Munsiyari and Dharchula in Uttarakhand. Along with this, heavy snowfall has also been seen in Bijli Dhar Kala Muni and Giri Munsiyari. Here, heavy snowfall has also been seen in Gilgit, Baltistan Muzaffarabad and Jammu and Kashmir. Due to snowfall in Himachal, Lahaul district has been cut off from Kullu while traffic has come to a standstill in Shimla. Flights have been stopped from Gaggal airport. Heavy snowfall continues in Uttarakhand. At present, the process of snowfall will continue in the areas for 5 days. Rain has also been predicted in some areas.

Weather warning of fall and rain in Rajasthan

Rajasthan has once again witnessed a drop in temperature with the fall of Maavath yesterday. Along with this, the process of cold winds continues. The sky will be cloudy in Jhunjhunu, Hanumangarh, Ganganagar and Bharatpur divisions. Rain can be seen at some places. Along with this, an alert has been issued for drizzle. A cold wave has been forecast for Bikaner, Hanumangarh on January 26. The wind will blow at a speed of 15 to 25 kilometers per hour.

Dense fog and rain warning in eastern states

According to the Meteorological Department, dense fog will be seen in Assam including Meghalaya, Manipur, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh till January 26. Rain can also be seen in the areas. People have been advised to be alert for landslides. Along with this, forecast of cold wave has also been issued in some areas of Assam and Meghalaya.

Weather system

  • Talking about the country’s weather system, a cyclonic circulation is forming over Pakistan and Jammu and Kashmir.
  • Apart from this, a cyclonic circulation has formed over West Rajasthan and adjoining areas.
  • The Western Disturbance is moving fast over Pakistan and Jammu and Kashmir, due to which the possibility of heavy snowfall has been expressed.
  • Another Western Disturbance will form on January 23, due to which its effect will be visible on the Western Himalayas.

  • In the current 24 hours, a warning of light rain including heavy snowfall has been issued in Jammu Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Gilgit Baltistan, Muzaffarabad.
  • A fresh Western Disturbance will affect the mountains and land of North India by January 27. Due to which the activity of rain and snowfall will accelerate. The possibility of widespread rain has also been expressed in the plain states where there will be snowfall in the hilly states.
  • The possibility of hailstorm has been expressed in some parts of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana and North West Uttar Pradesh including the capital Delhi.
    Scattered rain may occur in parts of Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, UP Madhya Pradesh.

Effect of Western Disturbance will be seen in Odisha Jharkhand

The effect of Western Disturbance will also be seen in Orissa, West Bengal, Jharkhand and visibility will remain low. Fog will be seen, the weather will be full of mist and fog. The possibility of light rain has been ruled out. The wind will increase in the evening. Due to which the possibility of cold wave has been expressed.

Rain in Punjab Haryana till January 26, areas will be affected

According to the Meteorological Department, due to Western Disturbance, light and moderate rain can be recorded in Jammu-Kashmir Himachal Uttarakhand. Along with this, moderate rain will be seen in many areas including Punjab Haryana Rajasthan. The process of rain from Punjab Haryana to New Delhi will continue for 1 week.

Temperature will increase in these areas of Maharashtra and Kerala, it will rain here
Heavy rise in temperature will be observed over areas of Karnataka and Kerala including Pune Goa Maharashtra. Along with this, the weather will remain pleasant. The sky will be clear. It will be sunny while the chance of cold has been ruled out. However, Andhra Pradesh along with some parts of Kerala may see drizzle.
