IMD alert: Rain in these states for five days, Meteorological Department issued alert

IMD Rainfall Alert: Rain alert has been issued for the next five days in the hilly states of North India. There will be rain due to new western disturbance. Apart from this, there is a possibility of rain in Central India on 26 and 27 February.

In the last 24 hours, hailstorm occurred in many areas of Jharkhand and Western Madhya Pradesh. Additionally, Arunachal Pradesh received heavy rainfall. At the same time, rain has also been recorded in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

According to the Meteorological Department, due to a new Western Disturbance, there will be rain and snowfall in the Western Himalayan region from February 23 to February 25. After this, there is a possibility of rain on 26th and 27th February also. There is rain alert in Jammu Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand.

At the same time, it is going to rain in Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Tripura on 23 February and in many places on 24 and 25 February. At the same time, there will be rain in West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand between 23-27 February.

The Meteorological Department has said that there may be heavy rain in Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha, Madhya Pradesh on 26 and 27 February and strong winds are also expected. Apart from this, there will be no major change in minimum temperatures for the next two days over the states of Northwest India and Central India and after that it will increase by two to three degrees Celsius.
