Light to moderate rain with isolated heavy falls is possible over Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Meghalaya and Assam during the next 48 hours. There may be light rain in Arunachal Pradesh. There is a possibility of seeing light activity in the system today. One circulation will form over Comorin area and the other system over Southeast Arabian Sea and Lakshadweep. These embedded circulations will increase rainfall activities over Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Today, partly light rain will be seen in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. On December 8, the spread and intensity of rainfall will increase, reaching parts of South Interior Karnataka including Bengaluru, Mysore and Mandya cities by the 9th.
