IMD Alert: Weather will change, Rain warning in 10 states till May 16, heatwave alert in these states, know complete details

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, IMD Alert has issued a yellow alert in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh including Delhi.


The effect of Cyclone Asani, which came in the country, has been seen in some of Bengal and Jharkhand including Orissa, Andhra . However, now this storm has weakened. On the other hand, if the IMD Alert is to be believed, then this time the monsoon (early monsoon 2022) will enter the country before time. However, since Friday, a heatwave warning has been issued in parts of Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh , including the capital Delhi . Heatwave will continue to wreak havoc in these states for 3 days from Friday.

Talking about the capital Delhi, in some cases the temperature reached 44 to 45 degree Celsius yesterday. However, due to the easterly wind, there is a decrease in the warm and westerly air. Heatwave and heat wave alert has been issued in some parts of Delhi on Thursday. Also, due to the easterly wind, the condition of pressure is being seen in the hot and dry westerly air. However, the maximum temperature in Safdarjung Shala has increased to 42 degree Celsius. At the same time, the temperature in Najafgarh, Mungeshpur and Pitampura has also been recorded 5 degrees above normal.

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, IMD has issued a yellow alert in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh including Delhi. Actually, a heat wave warning has been issued in these days. At the same time, an alert has also been issued to the people to beware of heatwave. The IMD says that the temperature may reach 46 to 47 degree Celsius.

Here Rajasthan Gujarat has issued Vibhishana Lu status. The temperature in Surendranagar has reached a maximum of 46 degree Celsius, the heat wave continues. The weather is clear. Heatwave alert has been issued in many parts of Gujarat and Saurashtra from Friday for 3 days. At the same time, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of light rain and moderate rain in 10 states of the country till May 16.

Along with this, heatwave alert has been issued in 8 states. This time due to the early entry of monsoon (monsoon 2022) in the country, there will be a change in the weather conditions. After Tuesday, the weather will be seen changing in other states including the capital Delhi. Along with this, due to the active western disturbance soon, there will be a drop in temperature with the change in weather.

Talking about the same northeastern states , the rain alert is continuing in Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram and Nagaland . The weather remains pleasant with moderate and light drizzle. Along with this, a drop of three to four percent has also been recorded in the temperature, while the process of increasing the temperature continues in the hill state. An increase of one to two percent has been recorded in the temperature in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh , while the weather in Jammu and Ladakh is also strong. Due to the clear sky, a continuous rise in temperature is being recorded.

The Indian Meteorological Department has predicted that the southwest monsoon will enter the southeast Bay of Bengal adjoining the South Andaman Sea by May 15. In fact, the IMD has expressed the possibility that this time the monsoon may knock in the Bay of Bengal by May 15. Due to the influence of Monsoon, widespread to moderate rainfall is expected over Andaman and Nicobar Deep Group for the next 5 days . In fact, sporadic rain has been issued in these areas till May 16.

Apart from this , light drizzle can be seen at some places of Goa including Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra . However , an increase of one to two percent in temperature can also be recorded in Maharashtra and Goa .

Very heavy rain alert was issued in different areas of Andhra including Rayalaseema . At the same time, there is a possibility of further weakening of the cyclonic storm in the next 12 hours. Strong wind speed reaching 40 to 50 kmph is also expected in the Bay of West Bengal including Andhra Pradesh, Orissa , West Bengal in the next 24 hours .
