Because of this, there will be a slight drop in the temperature for 3 days. After this the temperature will start rising again. In Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh also, rain and thundershowers may increase for the next 2-3 days.

According to private weather agency Skymet, there may be light to moderate rains in Telangana, Vidarbha, Marathwada, Madhya Maharashtra and parts of Karnataka in the next 24 hours (Weather Update Today). East Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, parts of Odisha and Kerala may receive one or two moderate rains.
Light rain is possible at a few places over Gujarat and South Interior Karnataka. The weather is expected to remain dry over Northwest and East India. There may be a gradual increase in the maximum temperature over Northwest Central and East India.
