The Meteorological Department has said that heatwave conditions are going to prevail in Central India and North West India till 29 April and in East India till 26 April. However, during this time there will be heavy rain in the states of Northeast India till 27 April. A warning of storm has also been issued. An alert of rain and storm has been issued in East India from 26 April.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is going to be heavy rain in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh till 27 April, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura till 26-27 April. During this time, strong winds are also going to blow at a speed of 60 kilometers. Talking about South India, Karnataka, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Rayalaseema, Kerala, Mahe, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry will receive light to moderate rainfall for the next seven days. A warning has also been issued for thunderstorms and lightning. A warning has been issued for hailstorms in Jharkhand on April 27.

At the same time, a new Western Disturbance is going to arrive in the western Himalayan region from April 24. Due to this, the weather will change in the hilly states and there will be rain in the hilly states for three days between April 24-26. At the same time, there is an alert for thunderstorms and lightning. The Meteorological Department has said that the maximum temperature in northwest India is going to increase by two to three degrees Celsius for the next seven days. There will be no change in Gujarat for the next five days, but after that the mercury will rise by three degrees.

Talking about the weather of the last 24 hours, thunderstorms were seen in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, Jammu Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttar Pradesh, East Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu etc. At the same time, it also rained at many places. Apart from this, hailstorms were seen in Central Maharashtra.
