Heavy Rain Alert: The Meteorological Department of India has issued a big alert regarding rain. Heavy lightning can occur along with rain in many parts of the country and snowfall can also occur along with it.
There may be strong winds and rain at a speed of 50 kmph along with lightning in South Central Maharashtra, Konkan and Goa and Karnataka and in Kerala and Mahe by 27 March 2025 (Weather Update Latest News).
Let us tell you that a new Western Disturbance has been formed in the western Himalayan region since the night of 24 March. Due to this, there may be heavy rain in the country.
There may be rain in Himachal Pradesh till March 27 and in Uttarakhand on 26 and 27 March. On March 26, there may be heavy rain and snowfall at different places in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Muzaffarabad.
On March 28, the IMD has also predicted heavy rain at different places in Arunachal Pradesh. The Indian Meteorological Department has said that there will be severe heat in Saurashtra, Kutch and western Rajasthan. IMD has issued a yellow alert at these places.
