Heavy Rain Alert: India Meteorological Department has issued a big warning in eastern Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Jharkhand and West Bengal. Here IMD has issued an alert regarding hailstorm. There is an orange alert in all these places.
Apart from this, there is a possibility of hailstorm in Assam and Meghalaya as well. A yellow alert has been issued here. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert regarding lightning in Delhi NCR (Delhi NCR Weather Update).
Talking about the North East, IMD has issued a yellow alert for strong lightning (Weather Update Latest News) in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura as well as West Bengal and Sikkim.
The weather may remain hot and humid in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. There is no possibility of heatwave alert in any part of the country for the next 4 days. During 22-24 March, the weather may remain hot and humid at different places in the coastal areas of Gujarat state.
