Pre-monsoon will be active in these states –

IMD has released the latest update and said that pre-monsoon activity is starting in different parts of the country. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain and hailstorm along with thunderstorms in many states in the next two days. Due to this, the temperature will come down and the air quality will increase to some extent.

The Meteorological Department (Weather Update) said that from April 26, there is a possibility of rain with strong thunderstorms in Delhi-NCR as well as western Uttar Pradesh as well as Agra, Hathras, Aligarh, Jhansi, Mahoba, Prayagraj and Varanasi. IMD said that along with this, there is a possibility of thunderstorms along with pre-monsoon rains in Madhya Pradesh Chhattisgarh.

It will rain on April 27 –

Many eastern states of India are expected to get relief from the scorching heat after April 27. The Meteorological Department has predicted strong winds with the onset of pre-monsoon in these states.

IMD said that from April 27, the weather of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar (Bihar Mausam), West Bengal, Jharkhand and Odisha will change. Heavy rain with thunder and lightning will occur in many parts of these states and snowfall in hilly areas.

Weather will change in hilly areas –

According to the Meteorological Department (Weather Update), due to the activation of the new western disturbance, there is a possibility of lightning on the mountains as well as winds blowing at a speed of 50 km per hour.

The Meteorological Department said that on Saturday, April 26, there is a possibility of heavy rain with thunder in Jammu and Kashmir (Jammu and Kashmir Mausam), Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Also, the Meteorological Department has predicted rain in different parts of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Heat wave will blow in these states –

While on the one hand, the period of rain with strong winds will continue in many states, heat wave will also wreak havoc in many states. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding this.

The weather department informed that heatwave alert has been issued for Rajasthan (Rajasthan Mausam update) and Punjab till May 1, Haryana till April 29, Madhya Pradesh till April 28, Uttar Pradesh, East Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal and Odisha only for today. On the other hand, there is an alert for hot nights in western Rajasthan.
