UP Weather Update: Western Uttar Pradesh is going to receive rain on February 20. Apart from this, rain is expected in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh on February 19 and 20.
UP Weather, Rain Alert: Temperatures have started increasing in areas across the country including North India. The Meteorological Department has said on Sunday that the minimum and maximum temperatures in Northwest, adjoining Central and East India will increase by one to three degrees in the next three days. However, a new Western Disturbance is going to knock in the hilly states and plains tomorrow, due to which it will rain from February 18-20. Areas of Western Uttar Pradesh are also going to receive rain on February 20.
Talking about the weather of the last 24 hours, the day temperature in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh increased by three to five degrees. Apart from this, the temperature in Central and East India, Telangana has increased by one to three degrees. However, it fell by two to five degrees in Uttarakhand. Apart from this, the temperature has dropped by one to four degrees in Uttarakhand, Western Rajasthan, Jammu and Kashmir, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Northeast India in the last 24 hours.
According to the Meteorological Department, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya will receive rain between 16, 18 and 20 February, while warning of rain and thunderstorm has been issued in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura on 18 and 19 February. Tomorrow i.e. on 17 February, a new Western Disturbance will come, due to which Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh will receive rain between 17-22 February, while Western Rajasthan will receive rain on 17-19 February, Punjab, Haryana on 19 and 20 February, Eastern Rajasthan on 18 and 19 February, Western Uttar Pradesh on 20 February. Apart from this, rain is expected in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh on 19 and 20 February. At the same time, there is a rain alert in Uttarakhand on February 20, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi on February 19.
The minimum temperature in Northwest, Central India is going to increase by two to three degrees Celsius in the next three to four days. Apart from this, the minimum temperature in Rajasthan will increase by three degrees in three to four days. At the same time, the minimum temperature in East India is expected to increase by two to three degrees Celsius in the next three days. Apart from this, dense fog is expected in Sub Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim on February 16 and 17.
