IMD Rain Alert: The weather is changing once again in many parts of the country. There is a possibility of rain in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Noida and Mumbai. The temperature of these places is also fluctuating.
With the activation of a new western disturbance, the weather is going to change in these states. Also, there is a possibility of rain and snowfall in the hilly areas.
Forecast of rain in Delhi
According to the Meteorological Department, there are signs of change in the weather once again in Delhi and surrounding cities. Cloudy weather is likely today. Thunderstorms and rain are expected during the day. On Wednesday also, the maximum temperature is likely to be 28 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature is likely to be 12 degrees. There is a possibility of rain today in many states including Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan.
According to the IMD, cloudy weather and light rain are expected in Delhi on Thursday as well. There are indications of a drop in the minimum temperature if it rains.
Rain alert in five cities of Rajasthan
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of cloudy weather in the western and northern parts of Rajasthan till February 20.
During this period, light rain or drizzle has also been predicted.
On February 19 and 20, light rain may occur at some places in Bharatpur, Jaipur, Kota, Bikaner and Jodhpur.
What was the temperature in these states including Maharashtra, Karnataka?
At the same time, during the last 24 hours, the day temperature has increased by 1-3℃ at many places in Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir-Ladakh-Gilgit-Baltistan-Muzaffarabad, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala and Mahe. Temperatures have dropped by 1-3℃ at some places in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal.
There will be rain and snowfall in Himachal Pradesh. On Thursday, rain and light snowfall is expected at most tourist places including Kufri, Narkanda, Manali, Solang Valley, Dalhousie, Sissu and surrounding areas.

The Meteorological Department has also issued a yellow alert in many states regarding February 20. There are signs of snowfall at some places in Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. IMD has issued a yellow alert for this.
