Recently such a case came to the fore. A Twitter user lodged a complaint regarding the additional charges being charged by a gas agency in Madhubani district of Bihar. After this, the social media help of the gas sector got information about that complaint.

In response, MoPNG e-Seva tweeted to the consumer to register a complaint, please send us the name of your service provider (IOCL, BPCL or HPCL), 17 digit LPG ID, consumer number, agency name, district, location and your Share your registered contact number so that we can assist you.

Domestic gas prices rise
