If the balance is less than this, there will be a fine of Rs 75 in metro and urban areas, Rs 50 in semi-urban areas and Rs 20 in rural branches.
Kotak Mahindra Bank has also made preparations to recover the penalty for not keeping minimum balance. However, the account will be charged depending on whether he is saving or salary. Apart from this, after every 4 transactions, every withdrawal will be charged 100 rupees.
Axis bank customers now have to pay a charge on every ECS. Please tell that there was no charge for this earlier. Apart from this, the bank has also started imposing additional charges on the locker. After this the bank will charge a cash handling fee of Rs 100 per bundle. Also, money will be deducted on every non-financial transaction. If there is not enough balance, the fees will be charged for the failed transaction at the merchant outlet or website or ATM.
A deposit of up to Rs 1 lakh in an RBL bank savings account will earn 4.75% per annum. At the same time, 6 percent will be given on deposits up to Rs 1-10 lakh and 6.75 percent interest on deposits ranging from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 5 crore. Apart from this, a charge of 200 rupees will have to be paid if the debit card is lost. Customers can withdraw cash from ATM for 5 times in 1 month.
