ICICI Home Finance has announced this scheme on Wednesday, 16 September. The name of this scheme is ‘Apna Ghar Dreamz’. This scheme is for those working in the unorganized sector and whose income is low.

How much will the loan
‘Apna Ghar Dreamz’ scheme can be taken a loan of 5 lakh rupees and more. For taking a loan of Rs 5 lakh, the bank account should have a balance of at least 1500 rupees, while for taking a loan of more than this, the account should have Rs 3000.

What will be the benefits
ICICI Home Finance says that under this, customers can take all the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). With this, people working in the unorganized sector can fulfill their dream of home.



Subsidy Scheme The
bank has introduced this scheme under subsidy. This loan scheme is a credit-linked subsidy scheme (CLSS) for low income groups and economically weaker sections (EWS, LIG) and middle income groups (MIG – I and II).

Not
enough documents are required to avail this home loan. For this, only PAN card, Aadhaar card and last six months bank statement will have to be shown.

Who can get this loan According to
ICICI Home Finance, only those working in the unorganized sector can get a home loan under this scheme. These include carpenters, plumbers, electricians, tellers, whitewares in houses, auto mechanic, manufacturing machine operators, computer mechanic, RO repair technician and small businessmen.
