• Due date for submission of challan-cum-statement relating to tax deducted under section 194-IA in the month of September 2023.
• Due date for submission of challan-cum-statement relating to tax deducted under section 194-IB in the month of September 2023.
• Due date for furnishing challan-cum-statement relating to tax deducted under section 194M in the month of September 2023.
• Date for furnishing challan-cum-statement relating to tax deducted under section 194S in the month of September 2023.
• Due date for submission of quarterly TCS certificate for the quarter ending 30 September 2023.

31 October 2023

• Form No. 3CEAB will have to be submitted by an Indian resident of an international group for the accounting year 2022-23.
• Quarterly information of TDS deposited for the quarter ending September 2023 will have to be given.
• Under Section 35(2AA), annual audit accounts will have to be given which are related to this section.
• The tax source return of the banking company will have to be submitted on interest on FD related to the quarter ending September 2023.
• Declaration from the Director or Joint Director in Form No. 60 during April 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023.
