Indian cricket team (Team India) star batsman KL Rahul has not got a chance to play a single Test match on the current Australian tour. Now due to injury, their hopes have completely ended.
NEW DELHI: India (Team India) opener KL Rahul (KL Rahul) that fans were hoping that the Border-Gavaskar will see playing the wicketkeeper-batsman matches the rest of the trophy (Border-Gavaskar Trophy), but His expectations have received a big setback. He has been ruled out of the Test series due to Rahul’s wrist injury.
The BCCI said in its statement, ‘KL Rahul has been eliminated from the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Rahul has sprained his left wrist during a net practice session at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on Saturday. These wicketkeeper-batsmen will not be present for the remaining 2 Tests of the series as they will take 3 weeks to recover completely.

The third match of the current Test series will be played at the Sydney Cricket Ground from 7 January. Apart from this, the fourth and final test is to be held in Brisbane’s Gaba. After the defeat in the Adelaide Test, Team India had a great win in Melbourne. This series is currently at 1-1 level.
