Harinder Singh, Commander of the 14th Corps of the Army, and the Commander of the Tibet Military District Command on behalf of the Chinese Army. The first two meetings of the Commander level took place on 6 and 22 June in Moldo, China, near Chushul.

India has tightened its stand on 15 June following tensions escalating from the bloody conflict in the Galvan Valley and has made it clear to China that the status quo must be restored before May to reduce the tension. It is clear from India’s stand that in the event of the withdrawal of Chinese troops from Galvan Valley, Finger Four to eight areas, the path will be found to end the LAC deadlock.
