Indian Army Recruitment 2024: There is a great opportunity for the youth wandering here and there in search of a job (Sarkari Naukri) in the Indian Army. For this, the army has released a vacancy for unmarried male and female law graduates through Short Service Commission (SSC) under the Judge Advocate General branch. Candidates who have the qualification related to these posts can apply by visiting the official website of Indian Army, joinindianarmy.nic.in. The application process for these posts has started.

Who can apply for these posts in the Indian Army
Candidates who are applying for these posts should have a degree of LLB (3-year course after graduation or 5-year course after 10+2) with a minimum of 55% marks from any recognized university. CLAT PG 2024 score is mandatory for application. Candidates must be eligible for registration as a lawyer in the Bar Council of India or Bar Council of the State. The relevant degree must be obtained from a college/university recognized by the Bar Council of India.
Required age limit to get a job in the army
Minimum age limit of candidates: 21 years
Maximum age limit of candidates: 27 years (as on the last date of application)
Salary will be given on selection in Indian Army
The selected candidates will have to undergo 49 weeks of training at the Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai. A stipend of Rs 56,100 will be given per month during training. After this the following payment will be made.

This is how the selection will be done in the Indian Army
The selection process consists of two stages:
- Service Selection Board (SSB) Interview: In this, the candidates will be thoroughly evaluated.
- Medical Test: This test will be done to confirm physical and mental health.
