Tour of South Africa
The first Test of the three-match series was completed on December 30th, and the two teams now have five more games scheduled in India in June. India would then travel to England for one last Test, which had already been postponed. They will next play three T20Is and three One-Day Internationals.
Tests against the West Indies and Sri Lanka
Following the tour to South Africa, Team India will host the West Indies and Sri Lanka before the commencement of the Indian Premier League. Two Tests and three Twenty20 internationals between February 25th and March 18th, 2022.
IPL: Indian Premier League.
The months of April and May may be set aside for the IPL 2022 as it is scheduled to take place between April and June 2022. The South African Home Series
Due to the extreme heat, India seldom stages international cricket matches in June. This year, though, will be different. This year, India will host South Africa in five Twenty20 Internationals.
The tour of England
The match played by India on July 1, 2022, will be counted as the fifth in the series. The series is presently 2-1 in favor of India. Three Twenty20 internationals will be played.
India’s West Indies Tour
In July-August, the Men in Blue will return to the Caribbean islands for the first time since 2019, where they will play three One-Day Internationals and two Twenty20 Internationals. Following the WI tour, the teams will participate in the Asia Cup in September. The defending champion, India, is poised to defend its title. India and Pakistan would rekindle their rivalry in the competition. The competition will be held in Sri Lanka.
Asia Cup 2022
This is a three-match T20 International (T201) and three-match one-day international (ODI) series between India and the West Indies, throughout India and its subcontinental nations (Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, and Nepal), and the dates are yet to be confirmed.
