Now to solve this problem, the Railways has started a new facility, which will make the train travel of the passengers even easier.
Officers will be posted to inspect the train
Indian Railways is going to deploy officers for the inspection of trains. With this, problems related to cleanliness, AC problems in trains will be solved as soon as possible. Right now Indian Railways has started this facility on trial basis. In the coming times, this facility will be made available to all passengers on a large scale.

At present, Railways has taken the initiative to introduce such facility in AC coaches and after that it is likely to be done on a large scale. These officers will be deployed
According to media reports, big officers of Indian Railways will be deployed for this. For this, the duty of senior officers like Additional Divisional Railway Manager, Mechanical Engineer of Indian Railways will be imposed.
Till now, passengers used to register their complaints with the helpline number or station master of the railways. Now they don’t need to go anywhere for this. Now the officers will be present in the train to solve the problems of the passengers.
