Indian Railways: Now the facility of booking tickets at the post office itself is being started by the Indian Railways. Railway and Communications Minister Ashwini Vaishnav will launch the scheme for issuing Railway Reservation Tickets from 9147 Post Office in Uttar Pradesh on 6th January.

Actually, in view of the convenience and need of the passengers, now the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is going to start a new scheme. Now you can book train tickets at the nearest post office only. With this facility, there will be no crowd at the counters of railway stations.
According to the information, Railway and Communications Minister Ashwini Vaishnav will start the scheme of issuing railway reservation tickets from 9147 post office in Uttar Pradesh on 6 January. From January 6, Gramin Dak Sevaks (Gramin Dak Sevaks) will be able to make reservation tickets of trains for the passengers till all the branch post offices of all the state.
Railway Minister will leave the new train from Gomtinagar station
The system of booking rail tickets will be implemented in collaboration with IRCTC. Like the authorized agents of IRCTC, GDS will be able to make this ticket in remote villages. Apart from this, on January 6, the Railway Minister will also give the gift of a new train to Gomtinagar station. Railway Minister will flag off the new train from Gomtinagar railway station. Apart from this, Ashwini will also inaugurate the washing pit line for the repair of Vaishnav trains.
75 Vande Bharat trains will run on 75th year of independence
At the same time, on the occasion of Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, the way to run 75 Vande Bharat Express trains has been cleared. The tender process for making Vande Bharat is going on on a war footing. 9 companies have shown increased interest in this.
