This railway station is located 35 km away from Bardhaman Town. It was constructed in the year 2008 on the Bankura-Masgram rail line. At that time the station was named as Rainagarh, but the people of Raina village opposed it and complained to the Railway Board. Since then no decision has been taken on this station, since then no name has been given to this station.

There is also a railway station in Jharkhand which has no name. This station is located on the Rajdhani Ranchi to Tori railway line. The first train was run from this station in the year 2011. Then the railways had decided to name it as Barkichampi, but due to the protest of the people of Kamle village, this name was not kept. People’s demand was that when we have given land for this, it should be named Kamale. Since then this station has not got any name.

Visa is required to visit this unique railway station of India. You cannot go here without a visa. This railway station falls in the Amritsar district of Punjab. If you are caught without a visa at this station, a case can be registered against you. Once a case is registered, bail is also hardly available. The Samjhauta Express is flagged off from this station. This station is in Punjab, India, but no Indian can go here without a Pakistani visa.
