When will Vande Bharat Sleeper Train start
Vande Bharat Sleeper Luxury Train is ready to be put on the tracks. The train is completely ready, just waiting for the green signal from the railways. Passengers will get flight-like facilities in this train. It is believed that the railways can start it in the month of August. Talking about the specialty of the train, its maximum speed will be 220 kilometers per hour. While the starting speed will be 140 kilometers.
16 Coach Train
Vande Bharat Sleeper Train has been specially designed for long distance travel. Its coaches have been designed to make the journey of people comfortable. Vande Bharat Sleeper Train has been manufactured on international standards. In comparison to Vande Bharat train, the front part of Vande Bharat Sleeper Train has been shaped like an eagle. The train will have 16 bogies.
How much capacity
Three types of coaches will be installed in the train. There will be first class AC, second class AC and third class AC coaches, which will have all the facilities. A maximum of 823 passengers will be able to travel in Vande Bharat Sleeper Train at a time. Out of which 611 passengers will be able to travel in third AC coach, 188 passengers in second AC coach and 24 passengers in first AC coach. Passengers will get comfortable seats, sensor lights, stairs to climb the middle and upper berths. All lights will be equipped with sensors. Bio toilet system has been installed in the train. At the same time, the first class AC coach will also have the facility of shower for bathing in the toilet.
In which cities will Vande Bharat Sleeper Train run? According to railway sources, Vande Bharat Sleeper Train can run between Gorakhpur and Delhi. This train will run connecting 9 cities of UP.
Speciality of Vande Metro Train
The average speed of the intercity train Vande Metro running between two cities will be around 130 kilometers per hour. Inspired by Vande Bharat, Vande Metro will make the journey between two cities in a short distance comfortable. This train has also been designed in the same way. This will make the journey easy for those people who travel to another city daily for work. Vande Metro train equipped with modern features will soon run on the tracks. The entire train is air conditioned, so passengers will not feel tired while traveling in it.
12 Coaches
12 coaches have been installed in the first Vande Metro. There are facilities like compartments connected to each other, CCTV cameras in every coach, emergency talk back unit, modern toilets and automatic doors. Panoramic windows and modern toilets have been installed in the train. International standard materials have been used in the toilets. Along with comfortable chairs, LCD displays have been installed in the coach to give information to the passengers. Armor systems have also been installed to protect the train from collision.
No need of engine
Vande Metro will not need a separate engine. The engine will be installed in its bogies itself. Every bogie will have seats for 100 passengers to sit. The rest of the people can also travel standing. Apart from this, separate coaches will be installed for standing travel, which will accommodate 200 passengers.
Which cities will Vande Metro run between? If sources are to be believed, the railway is preparing to run Vande Metro trains in 124 cities of the country. These trains will run in cities like Lucknow-Kanpur, Agra-Mathura, Delhi-Mathura, Bhubaneswar-Balasore and Tirupati-Chennai.
